Return & Cancellation Policy

At Plants4Soul, we take great care to pack and ship our plants in the best possible condition. Because we sell living plants, our return policy reflects their perishable nature.

Cancellations You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@plants4soul.com

Returns & Right of Withdrawal  Live plants are perishable goods that deteriorate rapidly, and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the plant and packaging
• Your order number

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns of live plants unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition as described above.

How to exercise your withdrawal right If you believe you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase, you can do so by contacting us at info@plants4soul.com or through your account page within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our assessment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
